How to Change Your Name on Facebook 

Do you want to change the name with which you registered on Facebook? In order to do this, you will have to send a name change request. This guide will show you how to do it.

Once you have logged in to Facebook, click on the Account button at the top right of the page and then select the option that says “Account Settings.”

Once you have done this, click on the “Change” link at the right extreme of the “Name” Section.

Then fill out the form with your first, middle, and last name, and finally click on the “Change Name” button.

As Facebook representatives review all the requests one by one, the confirmation takes approximately 24 hours. Also keep in mind that, in order to encourage the use of real names, Facebook limits the number of times users can change them
