Amanda's acting debut was in 1996 on the Nickelodeon variety show, All That, where she immediately starting gaining popularity. In 1999, at the age of 13, Amanda was given her own variety show simply called "The Amanda Show", where she acted in near every skit. Before the show ran it's course, Amanda won a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award. Her big movie break was in 2002 when she acted opposite Frankie Muniz in Big Fat Liar. That same year Amanda began her run on the TV series, What I Like About You, which ended only last year. 

Amanda Bynes is one of today's hottest celebrities and was ranked 90 in a list of the Most Desirable Women in 2006. Amanda Bynes began her acting career "in 1996 when she got the role as a newcomer on "All That  

 Amanda's popularity has steadily increased with her movie roles the last few years, which include What A Girl Wants, Lovewrecked, She's The Man and now in the remake of Hairspray. Amanda has an upcoming film titled Sydney White where she plays the lead character once again

All synagogues in Germany are set on fire, Jewish shops are ransacked and about 30,000 Jews - ten percent of the remaining Jewish population - are arrested, beaten and imprisoned in concentration camps. They are released only upon proof of imminent emigration. At the eve of World War II, about 200,000 Jews remain in Germany. With the war in progress, emigration becomes almost impossible. In 1941, Jews in Germany - as all Jews in countries under German occupation - are made to wear a"Jewish star" - the yellow badge of the Middle Ages.
